4.1 The Church entity actively anticipates children’s diverse circumstances and backgrounds and responds effectively to those who are vulnerable.

4.1.1    The Church entity’s Child Safeguarding Policy documents its approach to understanding and incorporating feedback from children with diverse backgrounds, circumstances and vulnerabilities.

4.2 The Church entity pays particular attention to the needs of children with disability, children from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) and children from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
